WHY TAP SPORT PERFORMANCE
My passion for performance coaching comes from my own journey in competitive football.
As a former football player, I experienced first-hand the physical demands of sport, the importance of preparation and the impact injuries can have on an athlete's development.
A career-ending knee injury changed my perspective on athlete development and inspired my passion for performance coaching.
These experiences inspired me to specialise in performance training, injury prevention and athlete development.
